Here are simple steps to know how p2p is done and you get your file.
To download a file through torrent trackers which will be in .torrent format, first of all you need a Torrent Client software.
Widely used torrent client is utorrent and other few examples are Bittorrent,Azureus,Opera,Vuze,etc.
1. Install a torrent client. Download utorrent here.
2. Download torrent trackers from the list of torrent servers listed through search engine.
Select the file for which "SEEDS" (green coloured numbers) are higher.(what are seeds?)
-> Type the name of the file in torrent search engine, select the file you want to download, number of tracker sites will be listed.
